Rebooking around Irene

We spent two hours last night at the airport and thanks to a great Continental agent, were able to get rebooked. Good news is we get to avoid Irene and we get to Geneva a day earlier than planned. The bad news is that my sister wasn't so fortunate and is still trying to get out earlier than Tuesday. The airline phone lines were so jammed it was humorous--either they hang up on you essentially saying "there's too many people calling us for us to be able to take your call" or they said "please state that again, I didn't quite (pause) erk awk a fatal error has occurred (click)". A lot of folks are impacted by this weather.
